Remember When...Scrapbooking Designer's Challenge

I couldn't wait to start on my "Designer's Challenge" using MME "Indie Chic". I am really happy with the way these turned out. I picked up TONS of other new goodies from the "Indie Chic" line, will share those soon. These will be at Remember When...Scrapbooking by the weekend.

Using "Saffron" papers & embellishments, I created this page with Kelly Purkey in mind. Last year I discovered Kelly's blog and have been a daily visitor since. I stumbled upon an opportunity to take a workshop with Kelly and Amy Tan in March. I drove down to San Diego for the weekend and came home with tons of ideas and inspiration. I used watercoloring for the cut out flowers...

I tried something different, for me. I used transparency paper and used it as my base. I used an outline of a doily design using my Silhouette. I love how it came out!
