Sunday School for Cards

I spent the day with my dearest friend Lisa yesterday at Remember When...Scrapbooking. It took me awhile to get into my groove.  Four hours of sleep and last minute packing can do that.  Here is how my day ended.  Only 3 three cards and 5 uncompleted 12x12 layouts!  UUGGHH.   Taylor, my daughter, loved my cards and mentioned that she wanted Sunday to be "School for Cards" here at home.  She came up with the  blog title!  We'll be making cards this afternoon!  Love it when I can share my hobby with my girls and inspire their own creativity.

 These first three cards I used "Sketchbook" by Amy Tangerine-paper & embellishments and Bella Blvd. Washi Tape (YUM!)

 There was a Birthday Card Challenge using our goodie bag of Pink Paislee's "Soiree" line. My card came in 2nd Place! Here are close-up photos of the card.  Yes, I will be giving it away to...my sweet cousin Alyssa who will be "18" at the end of this month!!
